Get to Know Dr. Hug
Dr. Hug is a first-year resident with Redirect Health, and will soon be moving into her second-year residency. As a naturopathic doctor, she focuses on the root cause of illness and uses many tools to address disharmony in the body including proper diagnosis, conventional medications, dietary modifications, supplements, botanical medicines, and lifestyle alterations. These tools are useful for both acute and chronic ailments. She enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and identifying the various local medicinal plants in Arizona.
