Our Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Arrowhead Health Centers, we are committed to providing exceptional care to all our patients. Your health is our priority, and your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that schedules can change, but when you cancel without enough notice or miss an appointment, you prevent another patient from receiving the timely care they need.
To ensure fairness and access to care for everyone, we have established the following policy.
Cancellation & Rescheduling an Appointment
We value your time and kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 to 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
This advance notice allows us to offer your appointment slot to another patient who may be waiting for an opening. To cancel or reschedule, please call our office directly.
No-Show Policy
A “no-show” is when a patient fails to attend a scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice (a no-call/no-show).
Our financial policy states that if this occurs for two (2) consecutive appointments, a fee of $50 will be assessed to your account. This fee is not covered by insurance and will be your direct responsibility.
We value you as a patient and appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policy. This system allows us to better serve the needs of our entire patient community and provide the quality care you expect and deserve.
