Do you accept my insurance?

We accept most insurance plans. Click here, or on Insurance Plans above to see a complete list of participating providers.

What if I have no health insurance?

We accept cash pay through payment plans and Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express. We are determined to provide you with expert health care at affordable fees. We even offer a time of service discount for those who do not have or wish to use insurance.

How do I make my first appointment?

You can schedule an appointment online here or by calling 623-334-4000.

I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment.

All we ask is that you please inform us of your cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment. Your advance notice of cancellation is a courtesy to Arrowhead Health Centers and all of our patients, as our health care team works hard to accommodate everyone as quickly as possible.
