David Pessin, DC​

David N. Pessin, DC, is a compassionate Chiropractic Rehabilitation provider at Arrowhead Health Centers who is dedicated to guiding patients toward improved spinal health and overall well-being. He completed his chiropractic education at Life University in Marietta, Georgia, and was inspired to pursue chiropractic care through a deeply personal experience involving his son.

After witnessing the meaningful improvements chiropractic care provided for his son, who was living with cystic fibrosis, Dr. Pessin was compelled to dedicate his career to helping others improve their quality of life. That experience shaped his belief in individualized, biomechanical approaches to care and the importance of treating the whole person, not just symptoms.

Dr. Pessin finds his work most rewarding when helping patients understand their bodies and empowering them to make informed decisions about their health. He believes that listening is the foundation of a successful patient-provider relationship and takes time to understand each patient’s unique needs and goals.

His areas of focus include back pain, neck pain, headaches, and injury recovery. He utilizes a variety of chiropractic and rehabilitative techniques, including diversified spinal adjusting, drop pelvic adjusting, activator methods, and therapeutic exercises. His approach emphasizes education, helping patients understand the cause of their pain and how targeted movement and lifestyle adjustments can support healing.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Pessin enjoys hiking, bicycling, and training with his therapy dog, Cooper. He is proud to partner with his patients on their journey to better health, creating a supportive environment where they feel heard, empowered, and actively involved in their care.
